Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
The only exception is if your product arrives damaged due to an error on our part. In that case, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
If your item was damaged during shipping due to carrier mishandling, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’re waiting for a refund and haven’t received it:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time for your refund to post.
3. Speak with your bank, as processing times can vary.
